Can't invite members, create a Player or edit a Report any more? There are two possible causes.
1. You are missing a role
The message "You are not authorized to perform this action" means your role does not allow that action:
- Creating or editing Players / Reports requires a creator role in the section concerned (Pro or Youth). A viewer can only read.
- Inviting or managing members requires the Admin role.
Ask an admin of your Club to update your role from Team Management — see Pro/Youth sections & roles.
2. You have reached a plan limit
If you cannot invite members or create Players despite having the right role, your Club may have reached the limit of its plan (Users, Players or Templates). An admin can move up to a higher plan from Billing — see Plans & limits.
Special cases
- The Youth section does not appear — it requires the Club plan and a Youth role. If Switch to Youth is not in your user menu, one of the two conditions is missing.
- Mentions and notifications are missing — they require the Pro or Club plan.
- A shared List or Roster is no longer reachable — sharing is part of the same team features. On a Free or Solo plan, only the owner opens the resource, even with the direct link.
