Is my data isolated from other Clubs?
Yes. Every Club has its own space: your Players, your Reports, your Lists and your Rosters are only visible to the members of your Club.
A member of another Club can neither see them, nor search them, nor reach them through a link — even with the exact address of the page. The separation is checked on every request, not just hidden on screen.
Deleting the Club — 30-day grace period
Warning
Only admins can delete the Club (called "organization" in the interface).
Open Preferences > Account > Danger zone > Delete organization. Enter your password, type DELETE to confirm, then submit.
The deletion is then scheduled: all the Club's data (Players, Reports, Users) is marked for deletion and every admin receives an email. You have 30 days to restore the Club through the link in that email.
After that period, all the data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
