What each plan includes

Every Club is attached to a plan that determines the available features and the usage limits:

Free Solo Pro Club
Users 1 1 5 20
Players 100 250 1,000 Unlimited
Scouting Templates 2 5 10 30
Pro section
Youth section
Rosters
Team features¹

¹ Team features: @ mentions, notifications and the activity feed, sharing of Lists and Rosters (shared and public).

When a limit is reached, the action concerned (inviting a member, creating a Player or a Template) is blocked with an explicit message — nothing is deleted, you just have to free up room or change plan.

An admin can change plan at any time from the user menu > Billing — see Subscription & invoices.

Why don't I see the Youth section?

Two conditions have to be met:

1. The Club's plan. The Youth section is included in the Club plan only. On a Free, Solo or Pro plan, it is not reachable by anyone in the Club, and the Youth roles are not offered on the Invitation.

2. Your role. Even on the Club plan, you need a Youth creator or Youth viewer role, assigned by an admin from Team Management — see Pro/Youth sections & roles.

If Switch to Youth does not appear in your user menu (your avatar, top right), one of these two conditions is missing.

Why are mentions and notifications unavailable?

The team features cover everything that serves collaboration:

  • the @ mentions in Comments;
  • the notifications and the activity feed;
  • the sharing of Lists and Rosters (shared and public).

They are included in the Pro and Club plans. On a Free or Solo plan — designed for a single User — these elements do not appear: no suggestions on @, no notifications icon, and both Lists and Rosters stay personal.

Comments on Player pages and Reports stay available on every plan.
