Sharing
Note
Only the owner of a Roster can share it.
From the Roster, use the Share button at the top of the page.
Add a teammate to the share and choose their access level:
- Read — views the board, without changing anything;
- Write — adds Players, creates columns and views, moves the cards and fills in minutes and salaries.
You can also make the Roster public: it becomes visible in read-only to every member of the Club with access to the Pro section. To close it again, untick Visible to all club members.
Your Rosters are then sorted into four tabs on the Rosters page: My rosters, Shared with me, Public rosters and Archived.
Note
Roster sharing is part of the team features, included in the Pro and Club plans, exactly like List sharing. On a Free or Solo plan, the sharing and public visibility options disappear and a Roster only opens for its owner — even through a direct link. The shares already created remain removable — see Plans & limits.
Duplicating
Duplicate creates a full copy — views, columns, Players, minutes, salaries and options — named "name (copy)".
Two things change in the copy: you become its owner, and it starts out private (shares and public visibility are not carried over).
This is the right way to start from a Roster shared with you and test your own variant without touching the original. Anyone who can view a Roster can duplicate it.
Archiving
Deleting a Roster archives it: it leaves the active lists and moves to the Archived tab, losing none of its content.
An archived Roster becomes read-only — for you as well as for the people it was shared with — and is no longer offered when you add a Player to a Roster. Restore it to be able to edit it again.
Only the owner can archive and restore.
