Creating a Player page
Note
Only the creators of the section (or an admin) can create a page.
- Click New Player in the navigation bar (the button creates a Player in the active section, Pro or Youth).
- Fill in the information: name, Position, height, age, Status, etc. The available fields depend on the section.
- Save. The page is immediately available to your Club.
The fields rely on your Settings (Positions, Statuses, Profiles, Priorities) — see Club Settings. The Agent field creates the Agent if it does not exist yet — see Agents.
The tabs of a page
- Information — the Player's identity and characteristics.
- Scouting Reports — the Reports about them. The New Scouting Report button starts a Report attached to the Player — see Scouting Reports.
- Comments — the exchanges between the members of your staff about this Player — see Comments & notifications.
Note & Comments
The Note is a single, shared text field: everyone edits the same one, and the latest version replaces the previous one. Comments stack up, each signed by its author, and are meant for discussion. Use the Note for the state of play, the Comments for the conversation.
Links
The Links block holds external URLs — videos, articles, statistics pages. Each Link can carry a label to stay readable ("Highlights 2025" rather than the raw URL).
Add as many as you need with + Add Link. The address must be a valid URL
starting with http:// or https://.
Adding to a List or a Roster
From the page, the Add to list button, at the top right next to Edit and Delete, adds the Player to a List or — if you have a Pro role — to a Roster.
See Lists and Players, minutes & salaries.
Deleting a page
Deleting a Player removes them from the Players list, from search results and from every List they were in.
Irreversible
This action cannot be undone. There is no bin and no restore button: once the deletion is confirmed, the page and its data are no longer reachable. Check before confirming — when in doubt, it is better to change the Player's Status than to delete their page.
Converting a Youth Player to Pro
When an academy Player joins the professional group, you can move them over without re-entering their page: open it in the Youth section, then Convert to Pro and confirm. You are redirected to the Pro page in edit mode, to complete the professional information (current season, Contract, salary…).
You need to be able to manage both sections: a Youth creator and Pro creator role — or be an Admin. If the button does not show, you are missing one of the two roles.
Irreversible
The action is final. There is no reverse conversion: a Player moved to Pro cannot be brought back to Youth.
What changes:
- the Player disappears from the Youth section and appears in the Pro section;
- their Youth Profiles are deleted, because Profiles belong to each section. You will have to assign them their Pro Profiles;
- a professional page is created, initialized on the current season.
The rest follows the Player: identity, characteristics, Scouting Reports, Comments and Note are kept. When in doubt, write down their Youth Profiles before converting — that is the only data actually lost.
