What it is for
An Agent represents one or more of your Players. Attaching them lets you see an Agent's whole portfolio inside your Club at a glance — useful before a call or a negotiation.
Agents live in the Pro section: the Agents link only appears in the navigation bar with a Pro role.
Creating an Agent
There is no "New Agent" button. An Agent is created from a Player page: in the Agent field, type their name.
- if the name already exists in your Club, the Player is attached to that Agent;
- if it does not exist, the Agent is created when you save.
Warning
Watch out for duplicates: matching is done on the exact name. "Wasserman" and "Wasserman Media" create two distinct Agents. Use the field's suggestions rather than retyping the name.
Emptying the Agent field simply detaches the Player; the Agent itself remains.
Viewing an Agent
Agents, in the navigation bar, lists the Club's Agents with their number of Players. You can search by Agent name or by local agency.
Open an Agent to see the list of their Players, with the same filters and sorting as the Players table.
The local agent
Every Agent can carry a Local agent field — the local contact of an international agency. Fill it in directly from the Agent's page.
Archiving an Agent
Deleting an Agent archives them: they leave the list without being erased, and can be restored. The Players attached to them keep the link.
Note
Creating, editing and archiving an Agent requires a Pro creator or Admin role. A Pro viewer reads the list and the pages, without editing them.
